Frequently Asked Questions

What does reconstruction include?

Anything needed to bring your home back to pre-loss condition: drywall replacement, flooring (hardwood, tile, carpet, LVP), painting, trim and baseboard, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and full structural repairs when needed.

Do I have to hire a separate contractor after mitigation?

No. That's the whole point of doing it under one roof. We handle the entire process from the first phone call through final walkthrough — mitigation, demolition, and reconstruction. One point of contact, one timeline, one set of paperwork for your insurance.

Will my insurance pay for the rebuild?

In most claims, yes. Mitigation and reconstruction are typically both covered when the loss itself is covered. We document everything, coordinate with your adjuster, and submit the reconstruction estimate so there are no surprises.

How long does reconstruction take?

It depends on the scope. Minor repairs (a single room of drywall and paint) can be done in a week. A full kitchen or bath rebuild typically runs 3–6 weeks. Larger structural rebuilds take longer and we walk you through a detailed timeline before starting.
